The Inbound Recruiter (Fulfillment Specialist) will be responsible for taking part in Barton Associates’ industry-leading training program and supporting the organization’s business objectives by identifying and placing medical professionals to work at client sites across the US. The Inbound Recruiter (Fulfillment Specialist) will quickly and effectively build relationships to grow and manage a strong base of providers.

Responsibilities

  • Attend daily training meetings to become a subject matter expert in the healthcare staffing industry
  • Take incoming calls from interested medical providers
  • Evaluate the skills and background of medical professionals who are interested in working temporary healthcare assignments. This includes finding out information on the providers’ work history and job search
  • Develop professional relationships with providers
  • Track availability and submit providers to appropriate assignments
  • Ensure quality customer service for providers on assignment
  • Maintain and manage a growing database
