The System Administrator will report to the Barton Associates - Director, Business Solutions. The System Administrator will administer, configure & maintain multiple business systems including CRM, Document Management System, Financial System, Timesheet system, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Provision/De-provision user accounts and manage user licenses
  • Configure systems to add/remove features
  • Create reports and dashboards using SQL and report builder to support business functions
  • Install patches and test system to ensure the system is functioning as expected
  • Add and update data on an as needed basis
  • Monitor data quality within the system
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Manage application audit logs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
  • Knowledge of MS SQL, Java, HTML, CSS
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats with both technical and business staff
  • Excellent analytical skills, detailed oriented, self-motivated and highly engaged
