The Campus Representative or “Campus Rep” is a part-time position (5-15 hours per week) designed to help the Barton Associates Talent Acquisition team promote our talent brand and internal entry-level career opportunities to students and alumni. The primary objective is to generate a high volume applicants who are interested in careers with Barton Associates after graduation. The selected candidate(s) will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
