At Barton Associates, the Talent Acquistion team is the internal recruiting engine that recruits candidates for Barton’s sales and corporate roles.  The Talent Acquisition Intern will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and support the team day-to-day administrative searching and sourcing duties. 

Responsibilities

  • Complete projects and tasks assigned by Director of Talent Acquisition
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team with candidate searches utilizing ZipRecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed and various other sources
  • Post Barton’s career opportunities
  • Search resume books on college online job portals

Qualifications

  • A senior in college
  • 0-3 year practical experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Task oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Social Media savvy (LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.
