As a member of the marketing team, the Talent Sourcer will be responsible for the generation, qualification, and distribution of a large volume of high-quality leads to our recruiting and sales teams. Through social media, various job boards, and other paid sources, you will identify candidates that meet our specifications and requirements and initiate contact.


Success in this role will be measured by the number of qualified leads and sales dollars generated through the Sourcer’s efforts.


  • Use the various sources Barton Associates provides to identify qualified healthcare providers.
  • Initiate contact with these providers, primarily via email, to establish a dialogue and encourage them to express interest.
  • Accurately communicate Barton Associates’ features, benefits, and facts.
  • Track and document sourcing efforts, communication outreach, and results.
  • Communicate with sales teams to capture feedback.


  • 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a communications-related major.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong social media skills.
  • Experience with boolean searching and other sourcing techniques.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
