The Administrative Assistant (IT Department) identifies and records, maintains, monitors, audits, and documents all Technology Assets in the Asset Management System. Performs regular audits of all company owned infrastructure, hardware, and software assets. Specific duties will include monitoring and updating ticketing system, asset procurement, processing IT disposals, hardware auditing and reconciliation for assets (including both hardware and software). This position will monitor end of life, yearly maintenance, subscriptions and licensing true ups.



  • Responsible for the management of hardware and software tracking, assistance with procurement and assurance of comprehensive asset management processes and systems throughout ITAM lifecycle
  • Responsible for developing, documenting, and managing IT business processes associated with hardware and software asset & licensing management
  • Responsible for recommendation of and assistance with the implementation of an asset management tool and processes
  • Responsible for the coordination and assist with the execution of virtual or physical audits of all IT hardware and software
  • Responsible for license reconciliation and true-up processes
  • Responsible for or assist with the safe and secure disposal of assets in compliance with infosec and regulatory statutes
  • Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user hardware, software and peripherals
  • Help manage the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Deployment of PC’s, printers and other company hardware
  • Other special projects as needed



  • Experience managing and tracking the licenses and maintenance support for hardware and software
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • High degree of honesty and accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Excel
  • Self motivated and detail oriented
