The MSP Implementation Director will report directly to Barton Associates’ President and COO.  The selected candidate will be Barton’s subject matter expert and manager of the new MSP division that will serve as a single point of contact for the staffing of hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a gap analysis to understand how Barton’s current resources can be utilized and to identify what new capabilities will be needed to build to effectively support the MSP division
  • Work with Barton’s management to solidify processes, technologies, policies and procedures for MSP division
  • Facilitate and manage the development of a go-to-market organizational structure that ensures the seamless onboarding and support of new customers
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPI’s) for sales and other staff members
  • Develop, manage and maintain reporting and business cadence to proactively inspect and manage MSP pipelines and sales
  • Accurately report sales numbers to executive management
  • Manage proposal design, bidding processes and direct communication to new and existing clients
  • Work with corporate departments such as legal, marketing, accounting and HR to ensure seamless customer acquisition, onboarding, workflows, and support
  • Consistently meet and exceed national sales revenue quotas for MSP division

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in business, finance or healthcare related field
  • 2+ years experience managing MSP clients in healthcare or related industries
  • 5+ years experience of building managing a sales team
  • 5+ years of staffing industry experience
  • Experience working with VMS systems
  • Project Management experience
