    As a key member of Barton's Business Solutions team, the Technical Project Manager will report to the Director of Business Solutions and will be responsible for providing project management services for complex enterprise software development projects within our product portfolio.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the software development lifecycle to ensure that processes related to all phases of a project are adhered to
    • Define and enforce project scope and schedule
    • Track project deliverables and highlight and manage risks related to project deliverables
    • Run effective, agenda-based meetings and document and maintain detailed meeting minutes
    • Work with onsite and offshore Development, QA and other teams to create WBS and estimates for project requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Excellent communication skills
    • 2+ years of IT Project Management or Scrum Master experience
    • 2+ years of working with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
    • Prior experience with AGILE development preferred
    • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred
    • Travel Required (25%)
