    The Legal Operations Intern will work directly with the Attorneys in the Company’s Legal Department and will report directly to the Department’s Legal Operations Specialist.


    • Administer the Legal Department’s document management systems
    • Perform data entry, data migration, quality assurance as each relates to the Legal Department’s document management system, software applications, and other technology solutions
    • Analyze and compile data and create and produce dashboards and reports for various audiences
    • Support Legal Department policy and process coordination among all constituencies, including the Legal Department, Sales & Recruiting, Finance & Accounting, IT, and other departments
    • Administer operation of the Legal Department’s knowledge, records, contracts, and policy management processes
    • Assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative needs of the Legal Department
    • Track and manage incoming and outgoing contracts and manage contract database, including the tracking of key contract dates and other milestones
    • Administer and maintain legal files and a system of preservation for all original and other records, including scanning and indexing of electronic records and database
    • Communicate effectively with internal personnel at all levels, as well as externally


    • Motivation to gain experience in a corporate legal department setting
    • Familiarity or experience with major customer relationship management (CRM) systems and document management systems strongly preferred
    • Excellent data analytics and technological skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Previous experience with document management systems and major customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred
    • High degree of discretion and judgment regarding significant matters; absolute confidentiality and integrity
    • Self-assured and confident in a variety of settings with a steadfast positive attitude
    • Dedicated, results-focused, quick learner who can handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and work both independently and as member of a team
    • Interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a highly diverse work force
