    The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Lead Salesforce Administrator and will play a key role in ongoing support and enhancement of and other related business systems.


    • Address user questions received via case creation, email and phone
    • Perform initial triage and document triage results for requests submitted by users
    • Administer, customize and configure Salesforce features including but not limited to Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Objects, Fields, Record Types, Validation
    • Rules, etc. and perform unit testing to ensure high application quality
    • Onboard new hires with Salesforce and its related third party applications across all departments
    • Audit, identify, and resolve data integrity issues using tools such as duplication management tool and Dataloader
    • Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates
    • Use SOQL when needed to write queries and analyze data
    • Use APEX/Visualforce when needed for system enhancements
    • Develop and enhance custom applications on Salesforce platform
    • Manage Salesforce integrations with marketing automation, and other related products
    • Prepare training documentation and train users


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or similar is required
    • Travel required (10%)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – this role is heavily collaborative.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation software, ERP, eSignature, Email/Phone integration tools is a plus
    • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus
    • Prior experience with any CMS is a plus
    • Salesforce certification is a plus
    • HTML, CSS, Javascript experience is a plus
