    The Financial Customer Support Administrator will report directly to the finance management team and work under Barton's CFO. This role will work in a team environment with other co-workers, accounting, finance, sales and management personnel.

    Responsibilities

    • Field all incoming calls and emails to the Finance department.
    • Provide outstanding customer service as a finance-focused “help desk” for the organization.
    • Ensure all provider timesheets and expense reports that have been submitted for input are processed.
    • Help manage the online-based provider timesheet reporting system
    • Investigate billing and other financial-related inquiries.
    • Reconcile data and perform research or analysis as needed.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Ability to multi-task while providing solid customer service
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
    • Ability to manage work under tight deadlines

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
    • 0-2 years of relevant customer service experience (involvement in a financial setting is a plus)
