    Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Commissions Analyst is responsible for driving the calculation and reporting of sales commissions. This position heavily interacts with the Sales, Billing, and Management teams and is a critical component of the company's financial operations.


    • Drive the weekly commissions process to ensure accurate and timely commission payments to all business entities
    • Calculate and report quarterly and/or annual bonus payments for all business entities 
    • Collaborate with other teams within the Finance Department to ensure that the inputs to the commission calculations are accurate
    • Perform project ID record setups in the ERP system
    • Manage the collection, analysis and reporting of finance and operational data from various systems
    • Execute ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to assist management with decision making
    • Understand and document current business process, data flow, and reporting


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, or similar
    • Strong data manipulation skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookups, pivot tables) 
    • Analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to ‘think outside the box’
    • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of cross-functional teams
    • 1-2 years of experience as a Billing Analyst, Data Analyst, Commissions Analyst, or Reporting Analyst (preferred)
