For this entry-level position, we’re seeking competitive, customer service-oriented individuals to assist with the staffing for one of our large divisions.

Through the use of social media, job boards, our internal database, and self-generated networking opportunities, you will grow and develop a pipeline of potential candidates for our internal sales and recruiting positions and facilitate the interview processes. The more quality interviews you schedule that lead to hires, the better chance you have at hitting your quarterly bonus incentives! 

• Provide full life-cycle recruitment support: reviewing applications, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates throughout the interview process
• Collaborate with the hiring manager(s) in your office to understand staffing needs
• Build Barton Associates’ talent brand on college campuses through career fairs, networking events, and passive marketing initiatives
• Utilize social media, referrals, and other networking opportunities to source prospective candidates with the goal of selling our opportunities and building your pipeline
• Strive to meet and exceed quarterly staffing goals: when you beat your goals, you get bonuses!

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency with social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Comfortable with attending career fairs and hosting virtual networking events
• Bachelor's degree preferred
