The Business Systems Analyst will interview users to understand current processes and future system needs, document and manage business and system requirements, review requirements with the technical team, test new systems, and develop training documentation among other duties. the hired candidate will gain experience with Salesforce.com and other leading enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and perform analysis of user activities and/or systems to identify business solutions or process improvement opportunities
  • Assist in evaluation of software applications and software development firms and conduct software demos
  • Develop and maintain business and system requirements, workflow diagrams, and wireframes 
  • Test new system behavior to ensure alignment with the requirements
  • Prepare training documentation, train users and conduct post rollout validation of the new systems
  • Assists in the development of communication plans and related activities
  • Participate in project planning and project status meetings
  • Keep up to date with system releases and make recommendations on new features that can be used for our business processes

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Aptitude for technology and ability to communicate effectively between the “business” and the technical team
  • Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
