We are seeking a fast-learning Operations Analyst to work with our internal teams and assist in identifying trends, patterns and flags with our sales KPI’s. The ideal candidate has an aptitude for reviewing data to determine strengths, weaknesses and trends. You will gain hands-on experience with industry standard tools and softwares like Salesforce and Domo.

 

The Team

As the Sales & Operations Analyst you will get the opportunity to work alongside the company’s Executive Vice President as well as other high level executives and department heads. This position will sit out of our corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the Barton Associates business model and all associated performance metrics
  • Become an expert in reading, understanding and analyzing sales and recruiting operations related reports in Domo, Salesforce and other sources
  • Assess and report on pipeline and production data from the sales team on a daily, weekly, monthly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Identify, flag and present production numbers that fall below established standards
  • Model and propose reports that will effectively aide with the management of Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and model predictive analytics
  • Offer guidance with pros and cons of possible solutions
  • Work with Data Strategy, Business Solutions, Finance and other departments to obtain data and/or develop reports and notifications.
  • Communicate effectively with members of sales, recruiting and management teams
  • Work on various other projects assigned by EVP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area of study
  • Work experience analyzing data and/or numbers and creating reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven experience creating complex analytical reports
  • Ability to present data and information in a clear, concise and structured way
  • Ability to review and dig into details behind reports
  • Ability to learn and utilize various technology systems, include Salesforce.com
  • Skilled in the use of Google and/or Microsoft business products
