The Legal Assistant will support the Legal Team and General Counsel with day-to-day administrative and legal duties. This role will aid in the effective facilitation of the team operations by leveraging administrative systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

  • Assist with the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of the Legal Department
  • Manage scheduling for General Counsel
  • Manage travel arrangements and business expenses for General Counsel
  • Manage oral and written communications for General Counsel
  • Organize and prepare meetings and presentations for General Counsel
  • Maintain various records and documents for General Counsel and Legal Department
  • Communicate effectively with internal personnel across departments and at all levels
  • Communicate effectively with external business partners and government agencies 
  • Support General Counsel and Legal Department by completing other tasks as assigned

  • Strong knowledge of appropriate software, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 5 plus years as a legal assistant / legal secretary (or equivalent experience)
