As a Staffing Intern, you will take part in our comprehensive training program to learn about the healthcare staffing industry and the processes/practices/techniques that build a foundation for success.  

 

Whether assigned to the Recruiting Consultant or Account Executive side of our team, you will work with a Mentor who will help guide you through your day to day tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and participate in daily training meetings
  • Call prospective customers to evaluate if they are a match to work with Barton Associates on immediate or future assignments
  • Sell Barton Associates services and processes
  • Review calls with your mentor 
  • Meet and exceed established production goals
  • Complete projects assigned by Barton management

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable prospecting for business over the phone
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university
  • 30 - 40 hours of availability preferred
