Responsibilities

  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Process employment changes and save appropriate support documentation
  • Maintain and update company organizational charts
  • Assists with the processing of new hire paperwork and conducting Onboarding for the first day
  • Assists with processing of separations
  • Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction
  • Other tasks for the department as directed
