Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and replace computer hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  • Track and manage IT assets, keeping inventory up to date.
  • Implement and uphold asset management policies and best practices.
  • Provide responsive and effective support by addressing user inquiries via cases, chat, email, and phone.
  • Manage multiple support requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Perform initial triage on user-reported issues, documenting findings for efficient resolution.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, ensuring proper access and security measures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues by making necessary configuration changes.
  • Audit, identify, and resolve data-related discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team daily to share updates on reported issues and resolutions.
  • Create training materials, record instructional videos, and conduct user training sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute application release notes to keep stakeholders informed.
